CPB Contractors Pty Limited is engaged in one of Queensland's most significant infrastructure initiatives, aiming to enhance transportation in the region. We are dedicated to shaping the future of South East Queensland, particularly in light of the upcoming 2032 Olympics, through our involvement in the transformative Cross River Rail project.
This ambitious project encompasses a 10.2-kilometre rail corridor connecting Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, featuring 5.9 kilometres of underground tunnels beneath the Brisbane River and the Central Business District. Additionally, it includes the construction of four new underground stations at key locations, contributing to the urban landscape and accessibility.
Our project sites and offices are situated in the vibrant inner city of Brisbane, where the dynamic atmosphere complements a relaxed lifestyle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a project that will have a lasting impact on the community and the future of transportation in Brisbane.
In this role, you will oversee and facilitate all quality assurance activities specific to the site, providing essential support to the project team to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and ensuring the completion of project delivery documentation in accordance with client specifications, including Lots and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Collaborating with engineering teams to manage the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Supporting the maintenance and adherence to the Project Quality Management System, including data, document, and record management. Assisting project staff in the development and coordination of quality system documentation, including the preparation and review of materials from subcontractors and suppliers.To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in Quality Management within large-scale construction projects. A solid understanding of applicable Australian and International standards, both technical and managerial. Internal Auditor and/or Lead Auditor certifications are highly advantageous.At CPB Contractors Pty Limited, we are committed to fostering a diverse workplace.
