Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in the Australian Submarine Agency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime program, focusing on building, developing, and sustaining the organisation's nuclear engineering, science, and technology workforce.

  • Manage technical upskilling activities by identifying and facilitating training that contributes to achieving a suitable skilled and experienced sovereign workforce.
  • Deliver programs to build deep, diverse, and sustainable Nuclear Engineering Science Technology talent pipelines.
  • Lead projects by making decisions on tasks/assignments with considerable complexity and sensitivity.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships, anticipate, and respond to stakeholder expectations to achieve a positive working environment, including within the tri-lateral/international space.
