Clinical Nurse Consultant - Ward 4D: Advancing Acute Care Delivery
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team in Ward 4D. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced nursing care and providing clinical leadership within a contemporary acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to care planning, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to coordinate services and deliver effective patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community stakeholders to enhance service quality and accessibility.
- Integrate teaching, practice-based research, and quality improvement initiatives into daily practice to continually advance standards of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
The following desirable criteria would be advantageous in this role:
- Hold or be working toward a relevant postgraduate qualification in the clinical field.
