About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Analyst to join our Procurement team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tender, procurement advisory, and contract management activities in support of Gove Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global and site key stakeholders to promote and practice a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work ethic.
  • Collect and generate information and quality data about the sources and drivers of value creation through procurement.
  • Complete procurement risk assessments and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and release tender packages, evaluate supplier proposals, and develop negotiation plans.
  • Prepare contractual documentation, manage award approvals, and execute contract management processes.
  • Work closely with other Procurement team members to align sourcing requirements and outcomes with business needs.
  • Operate supplier performance management processes and manage day-to-day integration processes with suppliers.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to safety and the wellbeing of yourself and your team. You will also need to have relevant experience in procurement, including sourcing, tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.

You will need to have sound knowledge of procurement processes and principles, with strong influencing, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. Proficient understanding of contract law and administration is also essential.

You will need to be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and supporting multiple stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
