Cafe Support Volunteer

We're seeking a friendly and skilled Volunteer Cafe Assistant to join our aged care community. As a cafe assistant, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with residents and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve hot beverages and light refreshments to residents, staff, and visitors.
- Engage with residents through conversation and interaction.
- Assist with maintaining the cafe's cleanliness and organization.
- Work collaboratively with other volunteers and staff to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a cafe or hospitality setting is necessary for success in this role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, patient, and effective communication skills are essential for building positive relationships with residents.
- Organizational Skills: You will be responsible for ensuring the cafe is well-stocked and maintained, so strong organizational skills are required.
