About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Caloundra. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Contribute to the development of the centre's educational philosophy and goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
