We're seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation. You will work collaboratively with the person's support network, including family members, carers, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assist individuals with physical disabilities to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their support networks
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, family members, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality support
Requirements:
  • Qualification in disability support or related field (e.g., Certificate III in Disability, Diploma of Community Services)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
