Cyber Culture Change Specialist
">- This role entails expertise in Privacy, Cyber security culture change, awareness, and education to enhance the resilience of all staff and contracted partners against cyber and data incidents caused by human error and behaviors.
- The ideal candidate will play a key support/back-up function in the operation of the customer payment fraud prevention service.
You can expect your typical day to include some of the following activities:
- Lead initiatives to raise the resilience of all staff to protect against cyber-attacks.
- Drive the design and delivery of a Cyber Security Culture and awareness program.
- Presentation, education, and influence staff on matters of Information Security.
- Develop and maintain a plan and roadmap for the function with a 1-3-year outlook.
- Run regular phishing campaigns and report on the results.
- Recommend high-risk staff groups and areas of training needed to address.
- Enhance and evolve the Cybersecurity compliance and induction training in conjunction with People and Culture team.
- Review and recommend content to include in compliance/induction training.
- Develop and recommend KPI's and reports to measure the effectiveness of simulated phishing, and compliance training.
- Ensure that all regular awareness activities are included in the Information Security Governance Calendar.
- Recommend enhancements to Catch security policy and staff Acceptable use of technology standard.
- Provide thought leadership on the future cyber threats and appropriate staff awareness needs.
- Support, back up, and advice to the Payment Fraud Lead in matters relating to customer security, fraud cases, and customer security awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries & escalations regarding general payment or fraudulent transaction inquiries.
- Utilize and management of automated fraud detection tool on transactions and analysing fraud trends and preventing orders from processing.
- Weekly/Monthly reporting of any fraud trends, chargeback rates, and payment-related data.
- Advise on security-related communication awareness initiatives relating to Catch customers.
About This Role:
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity culture change and awareness and payment fraud principles and practices.
- At least 3 years in Information Security, payments processing, or fraud detection.
- Clear understanding of cyber-threats that aim to exploit human weaknesses in an organization and good practice controls that protect against them.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Clear and fluid communication style when articulating ideas.
- Strong presentation and project management skills and be able to influence and receive buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders to drive forward security initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Thrives on change and shows creative thinking and initiative.
