Harbourside Hospitality Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees daily operations and supports the hospitality team.

The Venue

Located on Sydney Harbour, this prestigious private members' club provides a premium food and beverage experience for its members and guests.

The Role

We require a confident and professional leader to manage catering and beverage service operations across both dining areas and bars. This hands-on role involves leading by example, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.

About You
  • A seasoned hospitality or venue management professional with a track record of success in supervisory roles
  • Excellent customer service skills with a warm and professional manner
  • Well-presented, punctual and reliable
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently when required
  • Availability across weekends, afternoons and evenings
  • A team player with the ability to lead staff during peak service periods
