Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of its swimming facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool plant and equipment maintenance, as well as lifeguarding and first aid expertise.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for swimmers.
- They will also be required to assist with customer interactions, manage stock orders, and uphold Public Health protocols.
- Additionally, the Team Leader will be expected to perform lifeguard duties, using their rescue and first aid skills to safeguard the well-being of our swimmers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a positive impact in the community. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aquatic facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
