Job Description
  • Motivate and empower clients to take steps towards fulfilling careers
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is accurately recorded and documented in compliance with regulatory requirements

A typical day at atWork Australia may involve:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients to pursue their career goals;
  • Developing strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for our clients;
  • Facilitating the placement of clients into fulfilling and sustainable employment positions;
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or client-centric work;
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to meet performance targets and deliver sustainable employment solutions;
  • A genuine passion for contributing to a dynamic organization dedicated to connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
  • Current Driver's License required.
