About the Role:

We're seeking charismatic and cheerful Christmas Casual Helpers to join our team this season. As a Festive Season Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products, and contributing to the success of our business during the peak holiday period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences">
  • Assisting with sales floor operations, including visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining store displays">
  • Working collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service">
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns/refunds">
  • Maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to company policies and procedures">
