Quality Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Professional to lead the development and execution of our global quality strategy.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with hands-on problem-solving, build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement in quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality processes and strategies across the supply chain to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Partner closely with Production to build supplier strategies, implement calibration frameworks, and establish processes that guarantee consistency across countries and categories.
  • Oversee supplier performance, deliver training programs, and create reporting tools that provide visibility and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and drive accountability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in quality control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
