Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindy Room team.


About Our Kindy Room

Our centre provides a stimulating and nurturing environment that balances fundamental early years learning outcomes with play-based experiences. This allows children to develop resilience, creativity, and a love for learning in a natural setting.


The Role
  • Develop and implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other educators, ensuring seamless teamwork and excellent child outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, upholding the highest standards of care.
  • Contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), driving continuous improvement and excellence.

About You
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Experience with NQF, NQS, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks.
