Chief Executive Assistant

This high-impact role provides critical support to the organisation's senior leadership team. As an Executive Assistant to Chief Executive, you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercising impeccable judgement and demonstrating unwavering commitment to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Prioritise and manage the Chief Executive's schedule, ensuring timely responses to all communications.
- Board & Committee Support: Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Trust and sub-committee meetings; facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Leadership Team Coordination: Provide comprehensive support for planning, workshops, and meetings, including document management and action tracking.
- General Administration: Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, document preparation, and data analysis.
- Records & Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilising platforms like Diligent Boards and Microsoft Teams.
This position requires regular on-site contact and occasional out-of-hours support for the Chief Executive and Trust.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional time management, communication, and organisational skills, as well as expertise in board meeting preparation and executive-level minute taking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is also essential.
