We are seeking an experienced educator to join our community. The successful applicant will have a passion for working with families and students on the Autism Spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families in student education
  • Assess individual student abilities and identify learning barriers
  • Develop personalized Education Plans through collaborative planning
  • Plan, organize, and implement programs within a developmental framework
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NESA registration to teach in NSW
  • Comprehensive lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching experience
  • Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support framework principles and skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Experience with challenges faced by students with ASD and understanding of strategies for communication, sensory, behavioural, and learning difficulties
  • Experience or interest in teaching Creative Arts subjects
  • NSW Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment
