  • Responsibility for leading and coordinating the project planning sessions and the due diligence process

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective management and updates in the document management (Objective Keystone) system and Product information management systems
  • Ensuring an excellent delivery focus and a strong customer service orientation
  • Staying on top of legislation to ensure our documentation meets requirements
  • Oversight of our Product Governance Framework requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience across product management, project management, disclosure and legal functions
  • Previous Objective Keystone software experience
  • Previous financial services' regulated disclosure document experience
  • Ability to influence other members of the business to obtain desired outcomes is also important
  • An ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Time management skills in a fast-moving business
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Legal qualifications not essential but desirable
  • Previous product management experience not essential but desirable
