About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity by creating engaging and on-trend placement prints. Your expertise will enable our vision by delivering high-quality designs that capture our brand message and DNA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver placement prints that meet our brand's creative vision
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and product development
  • Implement artistic and technical understanding to ensure design and product development align
  • Guide the execution of placement designs through a strong knowledge of print techniques, fabrications, design composition, and scale

Requirements

  • Degree or qualifications in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design or a similar field
  • Demonstrated conceptual skills in design, layout, and typography, including the ability to offer a variety of design solutions
  • Ability to create original designs using a variety of hand-rendered and digital techniques that can be executed onto a variety of products
  • Confident in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as Procreate
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and deliver on expectations
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
