About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as Floor & Bar Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your skills and expertise.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Taking orders and making payments efficiently and accurately
  • Preparing beverages and cocktails to perfection
  • Washing and restocking glassware to ensure a smooth service
  • Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues to prevent any disruptions
  • Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts in a timely manner

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to possess:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • A current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate, if applicable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful workplace culture
