Job Title: Operational Transformation Expert

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Transformation Lead to drive our organisation's operational evolution by optimising processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to shape the future of our operational functions, working closely with front-office (Client Services) and back-office teams (Operations).

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create a strategic roadmap for operational transformation, aligning with company goals.
  • Lead Change Initiatives: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leading change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Optimise Operational Processes: Analyse and optimise operational processes, automate tasks, and implement best practices.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish performance metrics and report progress to senior leaders.

 

Requirements:
  • Process Design Expertise: Experience in process design and optimisation.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Automation Anywhere.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong project management skills, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
