Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team at Mounties Group.

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing the needs of customers, maintaining and enhancing control frameworks, and ensuring the smooth operation of cash handling processes.

Key duties and responsibilities include clearance reconciliation, preparing club banking, issuing and balancing floats, and providing advice and recommendations on process flows and reporting.

As a Cash Management Specialist, you will be working closely with the Group CCO Manager to ensure that all cash handling operations are conducted in a confidential and accountable manner.

This is a full-time role based in Mount Pritchard, supporting businesses across NSW, QLD, VIC, and the ACT.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Micros POS, and Clubline accounting software
  • Hands-on accounting skills and numerical skills with high level accuracy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and self-directed

You must possess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.
