We're on a mission to harness the collective intelligence of specialists worldwide, connecting them with cutting-edge AI projects from major innovators.

Our goal is to make Generative AI models capable of addressing complex questions and achieving advanced reasoning skills.

As a freelance developer, you'll collaborate on projects that involve analyzing existing code in Python or C/C++, migrating logic to idiomatic Rust while preserving functionality.

You'll adapt or port test suites, ensuring behavioral equivalence, and document migration steps and technical decisions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in software development, computer science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust.
  • Experience with PyO3/maturin for Python-Rust interoperability as well as automated testing (unit/integration) and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for hybrid Python-Rust apps.
  • A solid understanding of systems programming, including memory management and concurrency.
  • Prompt engineering experience is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1) or above.
  • The ability to learn new methods quickly and work with challenging guidelines.
