We're seeking enthusiastic Year 10 and 11 students for our School-Based Traineeship program.

This role involves working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations and gaining hands-on experience in a real-world environment.

You'll be based at Plumbing Springfield, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Earn while you learn by assisting with sales and managing stock
  • Develop essential skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork
  • Process sales, answer phone calls, and take messages/orders
  • Become proficient in product knowledge and provide excellent customer follow-up
  • Maintain a high standard of work and contribute to overall branch performance

About You:

  • You must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to follow instructions and take initiative
  • Show enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Be willing to learn and give new things a go
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Presentation is key - you should be well-presented and committed to maintaining a neat and tidy workplace

Saturday availability is required, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
