Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in client experience, team coaching, time management, and organization.
  • Conduct training needs analyses for team members in partnership with the management team and develop a monthly training plan.
  • Deliver effective training to the team.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of all products and services, enabling the team to cross-sell other treatments and create customized treatment journeys for clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set performance goals and track therapist performance through regular reporting and one-on-ones.
Requirements:
  • Previous spa or salon management experience is essential.
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, along with previous industry experience and/or a Diploma in Salon Management, is highly beneficial.
  • The ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve best performance.
  • Proven ability to meet and maintain retail and service KPIs, as well as inspire the team with high levels of customer service.
