We are seeking a Purchasing Officer to provide excellent service to customers and support the Purchasing Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify goods received against purchase orders, date, and stamp boxes. Process invoices and receive all purchase orders into the purchasing system.
  • Follow up with suppliers for missing or pending items.
  • Handle invoice queries, backorders, and track deliveries.
  • Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and receiving records according to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and/or store management.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time.
