**Job Title:** Guest Services Host



We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Host to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch customer service.



**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Deliver friendly and attentive service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.


  • Check guests in for experiences and sell our wonderful products, utilizing up-selling and interpersonal skills to maximise sales.


  • Ensure cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas, maintaining a high standard of presentation.

**Requirements:**




  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential.


  • Ability to work cohesively with others and independently when needed.


  • Great people skills and ability to interact positively with all our visitors.


  • Weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability is required.
