The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $31.09 - $35.09, depending on skills and experience. The role offers flexibility to work across day and afternoon shifts, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

Job Description:

  • Production Line Operations: Assist in running the production line, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow.
  • Strapping Pallets: Safely strap pallets to prepare them for transport.
  • Loading/Unloading Materials: Load and unload materials as required, adhering to strict OH&S guidelines.
  • Maintenance and Quality Control: Perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and machine operating experience.
  • Physical Fitness: Be physically fit for repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a great eye for detail and high-level problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Show willingness to learn, adapt to changing circumstances, and work flexibly across different shifts.
  • Australian Working Rights: Hold full Australian working rights and be committed to maintaining a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
