Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Care Manager to join our exceptional team of care professionals on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical excellence of our residential care home, Marcus Loane House, located within Anglicare's Warriewood Brook retirement village.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective communication between the multidisciplinary team and other relevant staff.
- Work closely with residents' families to ensure they are informed about clinical issues affecting their loved ones.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the team through mentoring staff and sharing clinical knowledge and skills.
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse in aged care.
- A 'hands-on' approach to ensuring quality clinical care.
- The ability to supervise, delegate, and work as part of a team.
- A commitment to the Christian values of Anglicare.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
- Postgraduate study in relevant disciplines (geriatrics, dementia, palliative care) is highly desirable.
