Job Title: Delivery Professional
The Delivery Driver is a key member of the team, responsible for delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Collect and deliver prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and effective customer service
- Handle important medication with care and attention to detail
- Complete delivery logs, track inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Comply with company policies regarding safe transport of goods and maintain van security
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Full UK driving license
- Own vehicle
- Business insurance
- Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving preferred
Deliver Results:
As a Delivery Professional, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily. You must be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. Your strong communication skills and friendly demeanor will make you an asset to our team.
