Seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in a prestigious hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits to the highest standard.
- Provide friendly and professional bar service ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure bar operations run smoothly during service maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.
- Uphold RSA standards at all times adhering to responsible service principles.
- Valid RSA license and valid visa to work in Australia.
- Previous experience in cocktail bars with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility are essential for this role.
- Strong customer service skills are paramount as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
- Wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable.
- Team player with a proactive attitude required.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is necessary.
