Accounts Payable Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

  • This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely payments.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies.

About You

  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining supplier master files, as well as liaising with business unit managers regarding supplier payments and relationships.
  • Maintaining and monitoring supplier credit limit adherence and reporting any issues is also a critical aspect of this role.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You will need 3+ years' experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role, with intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects are essential.
