The Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Painter to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are well-presented, safe, and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day heavy paint repairs to maintain our fleet's appearance and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain vehicles within safety compliances.
• Assess tasks and plan job methods to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
• Conduct major and minor paint repairs using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Carry out minor fiberglass and body repairs when required.
• Record and report work accurately.
• Prepare vehicles to the highest standards to meet Ventura's brand and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter) or equivalent.
• Experience in repairing heavy vehicles.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Current Driver's License (MR or higher license desirable).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
