Defence Industry Security Specialist

Our team delivers security services to protect personnel, infrastructure and confidential data. We aim to be a reliable, meticulous and trusted provider of defence industry solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement internal security controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure regulations are met.
- Identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions and communicate results as required.
- Collaborate with specialists, project managers and team members on Personnel Security, Information Security, Physical Security and Governance.
- Conduct Communication Security duties in compliance with Government regulations.
- Protect Government, Intellectual and company information from unauthorised disclosure.
- Assist in the development and administration of an Operational Security program and security education to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and perform Personnel Security for individual clearances/accesses for customer requirements.
- Develop a security awareness training and education program to educate and motivate personnel.

**Requirements:**

- Australian Security Clearance at the NV2 Level
- Familiarity with managing information and protective security operations & programs
- Highly organised, task-oriented and self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Ability to make plans, goals and actions in response to an evolving business environment.
