Plumbing Sales Assistant

About The Role:

This is a sales driven role where you will be working closely with customers and the branch team to deliver excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include:

  • Delivering items to customers throughout the local area
  • Preparing and packing customer orders
  • Stock replenishment and merchandising
  • Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts
  • Serving customers at the Trade Counter

About You:

While previous plumbing knowledge or industry experience is an advantage, we value motivated workers who want to learn a new trade. If you have the willingness to learn, we can provide the resources to teach you.

You will be a committed worker who can keep up in a fast-paced environment and take on all the knowledge we have to give you. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as an individual but also with a team
  • Current Driver's License
  • Forklift ticket (an advantage)
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a safety-focused environment
