About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join our team at Feros Care. As a Personal Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our COVID-safe plan and vaccination requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations, including booster, and annual influenza vaccination.
  • Experience in medication endorsement (desirable).
