At Aged Care Services, our mission is to provide exceptional support to enable our customers to live independently and thrive in their own homes.

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers. Successful applicants will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting our customers in achieving their goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated status
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Minimum 12+ months experience or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Practicing safe manual handling and driver awareness
  • Transporting customers to appointments and social outings
  • Providing personal care and support
