Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Education Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in curriculum development, delivery and monitoring to achieve optimal educational outcomes for students with complex disability and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective curricula that cater to the needs of students with complex disability and challenging behaviours.
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively educate students.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents and carers to ensure collaborative partnerships across stages of schooling.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to curriculum and instruction as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
