This is a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students in providing high-quality early childhood education and care services.
About the Role:
- Manage a two-storey service catering to children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 outdoor play areas
- Guide the career development of a supportive management team
- Easily commute to work via tram stops within a 5-minute walk
- Utilise Story Park platform to communicate with families about their child's development and encourage active participation
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar leadership role
- Able to work 5 days a week
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
- Have a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Have a deep understanding of EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for children
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team
- Mentor and lead your team to excellence
