Housekeeping Services Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Services Officer to join our team at Bossley Parkside Care Community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional housekeeping services to our residents.
As a Housekeeping Services Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our care community, including rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
You will work closely with our hospitality team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of service and care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of care community facilities
- Provide exceptional housekeeping services to residents
- Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending
