Clinical Administrator Position

About the Role
• The UNSW Psychology Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
• As the first point of contact, you will maintain effective channels of communication and provide high-level administrative support to the Clinic Director and staff.
• Key responsibilities include providing specialist advice on administrative guidelines and processes, developing and maintaining administrative systems, and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• The successful applicant will have advanced time management and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience providing administrative support in a similar setting.
• This is a fixed-term, part-time position (21 hours per week) for 2 years, with a salary of $85k – $96k plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the Successful Applicant
• To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, advanced time management and organisational skills, and experience providing administrative support in a similar setting.
• You will also have well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
