Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at The Weir Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packaging of outbound consignments, including labelling and packing to customer-specific packaging requirements
  • Utilization of hand tools, including nail guns, hammers, strappers, crow bars, staple guns, and labellers
  • Utilizing our Weir systems to control stock movement, including receipt, put-away, picking, and dispatch
  • Liaising with other departments, service providers, and internal stakeholders relative to stock movement, transport, or warehousing
  • Operation of Material Handling Equipment, including on-pavement forklifts and high-reach trucks
  • Loading and unloading of various truck types
  • Supervising staff and communicating with customer support around freight enquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Forklift ticket
  • Experience working in retail or FMCG is desirable
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills
