AFL Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigation solicitor to join our client's distinguished specialist law firm. With over 30 years of success, this respected organization is known for its expertise in building & construction, strata law, and commercial litigation.

Job Description

This key senior role offers the freedom and autonomy to run your own litigation practice, resolving a full spectrum of disputes relating to building/construction and strata issues. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, take ownership of your cases from start to finish, and relish the flexibility to work remotely.

The successful candidate will report to/being mentored by an industry-leading Partner with a remarkable 40+ year career and one of the first NSW Accredited Litigation Specialists. As a member of our team, you will be valued for being YOU – not a number – in a welcoming, close-knit culture that genuinely fosters real relationships.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $100,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we provide ample support for our lawyers, including a law clerk and legal secretary. Requirements
  • A proven litigation solicitor with 5-20+ years' experience, specifically skilled in construction and preferably also strata disputes;
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills;
  • A desire for autonomy to engage in stimulating and interesting work in a no-mess, no-fuss environment;
  • A commitment to long-term security and growth within a supportive team.
