Job Role

As a member of our food services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean working area and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Dishwashing and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assisting the broader team as required, including stock management and other tasks

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital environment (not essential)
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety regulations
