About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to provide meaningful activities and support to our residents, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care, community living or health services, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities and programs that cater to the holistic needs of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
  • Assist with care plans and ensure efficient reporting requirements are completed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy, excellent communication skills, and a person-centred focus. Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's is highly regarded.

This role offers a competitive salary of $31.83 per hour base plus super, permanent hours for work-life balance, and additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days as well as up to 14 weeks paid parental leave with equal benefits for both parents and access to a number of employee discounts.
