Creative Project Manager

The studio is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and optimize processes.
The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the studio and stakeholders, maintaining visibility of workloads, tracking action items, and implementing efficient workflows.
You will collaborate with senior operations managers, design managers, program coordinators, and cross-functional teams across marketing, brand, and CRM to ensure alignment, momentum, and high-quality delivery across every stage of our projects.
- Assign tasks to designers based on skill, capacity, and priorities.
- Manage deadlines, resources, and shifting priorities for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project management tools for clear visibility of workloads and timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders.
- Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and other studio workflows.
- Take detailed notes, track action items, and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Help streamline and improve studio processes to boost efficiency and overall team performance.
