We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Ambassador. In this role, you will represent Nestl%C3%A9 in the grocery channel, working with retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, and independent stores to negotiate, sell, and build displays to optimize store presence for our products.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires flexibility, with availability between Wednesday and Friday essential. You will also need to work additional hours on Mondays and Tuesdays during busy periods, such as back-to-school and winter. You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to early January.

You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager but will need to work autonomously. This role will allow you to build strong, long-term relationships with store managers and represent Nestl%C3%A9 with pride, positivity, and passion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilize Nestl%C3%A9' creative point-of-sale materials. You must also have a current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle. Proficiency in using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays is also required.
