Qube is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at the Moranbah SSAN depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring optimal outcomes in safety, commercial, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch operations and administration efficiently
  • Implement new business contracts and start-ups successfully
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the business in the region
  • Track and analyze key performance measures, program updates, and on-going program information
  • Manage logistics supply to support customers
  • Investigate potential risks and provide solutions
  • Liaise with customer teams to develop systems solutions
  • Liaise with stakeholders for daily operational activities
  • Consult with clients to understand their distribution networks
  • Select and hire employees, train, and evaluate their performance
  • Responsible for strategic and operational planning of customer logistics operations
  • Ensure stakeholders understand and accept customer guidelines and requirements
  • Drive the design, development, implementation, and management of logistics solutions
  • Meet pre-determined KPIs and participate in performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within the Transport and Logistics industry, preferably with exposure in the resources sector
  • Exceptional safety leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of SSAN road transport
  • MC License preferable
  • DG License preferable
  • QSEC Card must be obtainable
  • EDL License preferable
  • Outstanding commercial and financial acumen
  • Full profit and loss accountability at either contract or branch level
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
