Job Title: Reliable Logistics Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled logistics professional to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Operations: Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Fleet Management: Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries and update vehicle mileage, maintaining accurate records throughout.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any problems or special needs, and report issues to store management promptly.
  • Accident Reporting: Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to the store manager immediately.
  • Timekeeping: Clock in/out according to company policy, adhering to set working hours.
Requirements:
  • Cognitive Abilities: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and adapt to changing delivery situations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Driving Record: A driving record that meets the standard set by the company is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, and have knowledge of automotive parts, as well as the ability to operate other light store equipment.
