We seek a seasoned Medical Professional to deliver primary medical care to patients in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to achieving and maintaining the health and wellbeing of Defence members.
Assessing Defence personnel for fitness for duty and providing care that supports their health and wellbeing before and after deployments is an essential part of this role.
About YouYou are a highly experienced medical professional with a strong foundation as a General Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary medical care to patients in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
- Assess Defence personnel for fitness for duty and provide care that supports their health and wellbeing before and after deployments.
- Provide medical technical advice to senior officers and other stakeholders as required.
High levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with the relevant Australian health agency.
Fellowship of a recognised medical college or vocational registration.
Minimum 2 years full-time post-graduate general practitioner experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development activities.
