Physiotherapy Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Shepparton Private Hospital. In this role, you will work predominately with an orthopaedic and general medical case load, conducting thorough assessments and providing therapy while developing appropriate discharge plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy with AHPRA General registration or equivalent
• Prior experience working in acute orthopaedic surgical, rehab, or subacute settings is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A degree in physiotherapy or equivalent as approved by AHPRA Level 3 or 4 limited Registration
• Current AHPRA registration; Limited registration candidates are welcomed
